According to information of the IR group, the leaders of foreign missions of the ROC have been instructed to be ready to hold emergency meetings from July 27 to 29 this year with representatives of political and journalistic circles in their countries on the arrival of information from Ukraine about "battles and mass clashes", which will have a place during and after the religious procession, that the Ukrainian exarchate of the ROC (the so-called UOC-MP) will conduct on July 27.It also became known that the Kremlin assigned responsibility for the organization and supporting of provocations on the Russian “Union of Orthodox Brotherhoods”.The Ukrainian structures of this organization should ensure the involvement of the maximum number of Ukrainian citizens, divided into groups of "opponents of the Moscow Patriarchate" and "believers of the Moscow Patriarchate", for provocative actions at the signal and under the supervision of coordinators from Russian secret services on the territory of Ukraine.IR coordinator Dmitry Tymchuk
